We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind about something we are happy to offer an exchange, refund or online voucher within 28 days from purchase. You can return your item here.
The goods need to be an unused condition with the tags attached.
Please enclose the invoice which has your order number on it.
How long will to take? It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your parcel, depending on which service you use.
What happens next? Depending on your request we will either exchange your item, refund you or issue you with an online voucher. All refunds are returned to the card the payment was made from.

Please note for in store sale item purchases we offer 7 days exchange only.
How much is it to return a package and how can I do this? The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. We really recommend that you use DPD as there is a flat rate of €6.50 for a tracked parcel. There is a generous 5kg allowance for this return. You can arrange your return here.
We strongly recommend you get a copy of your DPD drop off receipt to allow us track your parcel on return.
You must ensure that the item is scanned at the drop off location so that the DPD driver is alerted to carry out the pick-up at this location
I ordered by phone and don't have an order number. How can I return with a DPD pre-paid label?
