This fab padded jacket from Zizzi is the ultimate cold weather companion, and the neutral-toned colour gives it a fashionable look. The short length and high collar will keep you wrapped up and warm. The jacket has an elastic cuff at the end of the sleeve will keep the cold out. Return Conditions:

• The goods need to be an unused condition with the tags attached.

• Please enclose the invoice which has your order number on it.

How long will to take? It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your parcel, depending on which service you use.

What happens next? Depending on your request we will either exchange your item, refund you or issue you with an online voucher.  All refunds are returned to the card the payment was made from.

Please note for in store sale item purchases we offer 7 days exchange only. 

How much is it to return a package and how can I do this? The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. We really recommend that you use DPD as there is a flat rate of €6.50 for a tracked parcel.  There is a generous 5kg allowance for this return.  You can arrange your return here.

We strongly recommend you get a copy of your DPD drop off receipt to allow us track your parcel on return. 

You must ensure that the item is scanned at the drop off location so that the DPD driver is alerted to carry out the pick-up at this location
