We offer secure, tracked delivery with An Post and DPD. Orders within Ireland and Northern Ireland usually arrive in 2–4 working days (DPD can be quicker at 1–3 days). European delivery takes 3–7 working days. Shipping costs and free delivery thresholds vary by location — full details are shown at checkout.

All our new stock is in our New Arrivals collection online.. As well as posting lots of photos and videos on Facebook and Instagram daily, we also offer a video shopping service from both of our stores from the comfort of your own home. Speak with one of our trained stylists and let us advise you on what will work best for your shape and colouring.

Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions regarding sizing. Sometimes it can be a little confusing as some brands size different to other brands. If your order is travelling outside the EU, you may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. Customs may delay the delivery of orders.


Delivery Times

Delivery can take between 2 to 3 working days for the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. 3 to 7 working days for the European Union countries.

Yes, you sure can! If you place you order over the phone, you can collect from our Ashford and Gorey stores as well as our warehouse in Rathnew, Wicklow. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the delivery man.

We want you to be delighted with everything you buy online. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return or exchange something. To find out how to do this, click here.

Once we receive your refund with the appropriate paper work and the items are in an unused condition with the tags attached, your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.

While it doesn't happen often, sometimes we can make a mistake. If there’s a problem with your order, or the goods themselves, let us know straight away.

Email us at info@wardrobeplus.ie and include your order number and the issue with the order. Please include your contact details, as sometimes it’s just easier to resolve the issue over the phone and have the chat!

Klarna

Klarna is a 'Buy Now, Pay Later' payment service provider that helps you buy what you want now without having to pay straight away. Ideal! They now dealing with 100,000 online retailers and we are delighted to be one of the first in Ireland to offer the service.

Klarna gives you the option to pay later, meaning you have 30 days to decide if you'll keep it before payment is due. You have two options:

Pay later

Simply hit 'Pay Later' when you checkout. Klarna will email you reminding you to pay up 30 days after shipping.

Not making your payment on time could affect your ability to use Klarna in the future. Debt collection agencies are used as a last resort.

Pay in 3
All you have to do is select 'Pay in 3' at the checkout and the first installment will be taken when your order is confirmed. No interest, no hassle.

Add item(s) to your cart and head to the checkout.

Select Klarna at the checkout to pay as you like for your purchase.

Manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app.

If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return. Follow the retailer's return instructions and make sure to keep the tracking number of your return. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” so that your statement is paused. As soon as the retailer has registered your return, we will send an adjusted invoice.

You do not need to pay for goods that are damaged, broken or faulty. Follow the retailers dispute instructions and make sure to “Report a problem” in your Klarna account to pause your statement until you’ve resolved the dispute with the retailer. As soon as the retailer has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your second instalment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will add the failed amount to your final instalment. Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your final instalment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout. If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later and again 7 days afterwards. Should this last payment attempt fail Klarna will issue you with a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. You will not be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time. If you fail to make a payment you will be in default, and may be unable to use the service in the future. If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage with an external debt collection agency to collect on our behalf. Debt collection agencies are used as a last resort.

Wardrobe Rewards is our loyalty programme that rewards you for shopping with us! You can earn points through the programme whenever you interact online with Wardrobe Plus, such as signing up to Wardrobe Rewards, making a purchase on our website, celebrating your birthday, referring a friend to purchase or connecting with us on social media. These points can be redeemed as a discount on your next order or built up over time to pay for your entire order with Wardrobe Rewards Points.

Everyone! To start earning points, simply sign-up for an account on our Website. Please note that only one account is allowed per customer.

For every €1 spent at Wardrobeplus.ie (excluding shipping costs) you will earn 5 points. In order to collect points, you must be a registered customer and logged in to your account when placing your order. Your points are then automatically calculated according to your order value and will be added to your Wardrobe Rewards Points balance within your member account.

To check your points balance, click on the Rewards icon on the bottom left corner, which will open the Wardrobe Rewards pop-up box. From here, you can log into your account and a pop-up box will appear showing the total number of points you have accumulated. You can also view any vouchers that you have earned within this box.

Any points earned as a result of a cancelled or returned purchase will be removed from your Wardrobe Rewards account balance.

Your Wardrobe Rewards Points can be redeemed as a voucher code for an amount off on our website on orders over €100. Please note that Wardrobe Rewards Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or on bundles.
