We use DPD as our service provider, therefore this is the carrier we recommend you use if you have an item you need to return to us. They provide tracked delivery for a flat rate fee of €6.50.
Please note if sending with DPD you will need access to a printer for your label.
How to return to a DPD Drop Off Location
- Put your unused item for return back in its original packaging with your return form.

Pop online and fill out your details here with your reference/order number, payment details and selected DPD drop off location in order to print your returns label.
Cost per label is €6.50.
Select Wardrobe Plus from the retailer drop down list, this is our company registered name. - Print your label and attached to parcel.
- Drop your returns parcel to your selected DPD drop off location.
- At the drop off location ask for a receipt for your parcel, that allows your parcel to be tracked.
- We will be in touch if there are any issues or when your return has been processed
