Via Appia Due is an Italian plus-size brand sized in EU sizes 42–54 (IRL/UK 14–26). On our site we stock most styles in EU 42–52. The size chart below includes verified chest, waist and hip measurements in cm from Via Appia Due's own published size guide, so you can find your size precisely rather than estimating from your usual UK size.

How to measure yourself

  1. Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and close to the body.
  2. Waist: measure at the narrowest point of your natural waist.
  3. Hip: measure around the widest part of your hips and seat.
  4. If your measurements fall between two sizes, size up for the most comfortable fit — especially in structured or woven styles. For knitwear and jersey styles, your measured size is usually comfortable.

Is Via Appia Due true to size?
Via Appia Due uses standard Italian plus-size EU sizing. If you typically wear an EU 46 in European plus-size brands, that should translate directly. For fitted and structured styles, size to your chest as the primary fit point and check the hip measurement as a secondary check. For knitwear and jersey styles, your measured EU size is usually right without needing to size up.

Why does each size show a range of measurements rather than a single number?
The range (e.g. chest 109–113cm for a size 46) reflects the span of body measurements the garment is designed to comfortably accommodate in that size. If your measurement falls anywhere within the range, that size is right for you. If you're above the range, go up a size; if well below, consider sizing down.
