Plus-size brand sizing isn't standardised the way mainstream sizing is – a UK 20 in one brand can measure quite differently to a UK 20 in another. Rather than guess, use the measurement tables below: find your brand, then match your bust, waist and hip measurements (in cm) to the closest size, using a soft tape measure over your usual underwear.
Each guide gives the brand's own EU and UK size conversions alongside the actual body measurements, so you can compare against what you're currently wearing rather than relying on the size label alone.
