• The goods need to be an unused condition with the tags attached.

How long will to take? It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your parcel, depending on which service you use.

What happens next? Depending on your request we will either exchange your item, refund you or issue you with an online voucher.  All refunds are returned to the card the payment was made from.

Returns on sale Items: We are happy to offer you a full exchange, refund or a credit note on sale items for the same up to 28 days from purchase. 

Please note for in store sale item purchases we offer 7 days exchange only. 

How much is it to return a package and how can I do this? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using An Post or DPD. DPD offers a flat rate of €6.50 for a tracked parcel, while An Post charges €4.95. Both options include a generous 5kg allowance for your return. You can arrange your return here.

We strongly recommend you get a copy of your drop off receipt to allow us track your parcel on return. 

You must ensure that the item is scanned at the drop off location so that the DPD driver is alerted to carry out the pick-up at this location

We specialise in sizes 16 to 32 — real fit for real curves, not mainstream sizing just scaled up.

Delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland usually takes 2–4 working days, and it is free on orders over €100. Full rates for the UK and Europe are on the Shipping tab above.
